2024 Paddock Bookings
For 2024 we are changing how paddock bays are booked and allocated to make it a smoother process for all.
In the Main Paddock
there will be two bay options
Row A 6m wide x 8m deep
Row B 6m wide x 10m deep
Row C 6m wide x 8m deep
Please not non working vehicles (cars, caravans and other non necessary vehicles)are not permitted in the main paddock. Anyone not abiding by this rule may be banned from booking paddock bays for future events.
In the West Paddock
There is also two options
Row D, F, H 6m wide x 10m deep & Row E & G 6m wide x 8m deep
Multiple bays can be booked in a block via the form but please be considerate in booking for the space you actually require.
For WLKC Events there is no charge for pit bays but there will be a £15 per day charge per electric hook up.
If you wish to be alongside another competitor please organise between yourselves and book one larger combined bay
Overflow paddock & over night stay on an arrival basis only
