National Kart Cup – Round Five

Circuit Access

Due to the volume of competitors, circuit access is only for WORKING Vehicles, blue badge holders & overnight stay vehicles. ALL other vehicles will be parked in the field opposite the circuit. We appreciate this is an extended walk for most, but again we must due to to high entries taken for this event, circuit priority is given to working vehicles. We may allow some parking within the main venue but ONLY ONCE ALL PERMITTED VEHICLES ARE PARKED & depending on remaining space.

Any Vehicle accessing the circuit for

  • Thursday 6th 1000-2200 (Car Park will be locked at 20:00)
  • Friday 7th 0700-2200 (Car Park will be locked at 20:00)
  • Saturday 8th 0700-2200 (Car Park will be locked at 20:00)
  • Sunday 9th 0700-2000 (Car Park will be locked at 20:00)

There will be strictly NO VEHICLE access outside of these time, except in an emergency. A small area is available within the main gates for late arrivals but they must not block the road.

Yellow areas must be kept clear at all times Working vehicle late arrivals can use blue areas to park temporarily but vehicles must be moved by 07:10

ALL competitors must speak with an official on arrival to confirm their bay – BEFORE SETTING UP PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO FURTHER ELECTRIC HOOK UPS. IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY BOOKED AND PAID FOR A CONNECTION YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HOOK UP

Non working vehicles will be parked in the field opposite the venue. Anyone dropping off in the main venue will be required to leave registration, contact number and name of associated competitor.
